Sandstone Peak Trail

On National Trails Day this year we repaired the steps going up to Sandstone Peak. This project had originally been scheduled to do in December 2008, to be led by Al Bandel, however Al passed away prior to the project date. The old steps were in very bad shape from erosion and many years of use. The new steps are a huge improvement. I'm sure Al would have been very proud of the result.
