Old Boney Trail
Point Mugu State Park
December 5, 2009
On a cool and cloudy day we had 15 volunteers assist in maintaining a section of the Old Boney Trail in Point Mugu State Park. We split into three groups. One group worked the main trail to the top junction. Another group proceeded to the top junction and headed over into Serrano Canyon. The third group continued up towards the Chamberlain Trail. All groups cleared and trimmed vegetation off the trail. We also groomed, cleared water diversions, and generally improved the trail in anticipation of rain forecast for the upcoming week.
