Damage in Upper Sycamore from February Rains

I hiked Upper Sycamore Canyon today and it's a mess. There are 3 major washouts where the trail was completely obliterated. It needs major work to restore. The trail is almost impassable at these sites. Dale should take a look. Remarkably the part of the trail that Dale is seeking Army Corps of Engineers permission to restore held up with no further damage. There's a few other minor washouts also needing attention. One medium sized tree needs chain sawing. There should be a warning sign posted at the beginning of each end of this trail advising hikers of these hazardous conditions. The attached photos are of 3 separate washouts. Photo washout 1b shows trail at top left, washout 1c shows trail at top center. Photos washout 2a thru 2c are of the spot we looked at a few weeks ago where a wide rut developed from the recent rains. We thought this was a problem then but now it's much worse. Photos washout 3a and 3b are of another major washout. The only fairly safe way to cross the creek at this spot is on the log which someone placed recently.
